At first I thought this was a cheap port from the gear VR and I would have had to use my head like a Weeble wobble controlling the paddle but I was happily mistaken. Playing this game in room scale on the vive and using the tracked motion controllers is truly how this game is meant to be played. This games shines on the Vive. My only suggestion to the developer is to make the default paddle control the hand controllers so I don't have to squeeze the side button to activate them. You can also back down the haptic feedback to occur only when a paddle makes contact with a ball.. Nice game. Very futuristic and retro at the same time.. I was a massive Arkanoid fan\/fanatic on the Amiga, as well being heavily into the demo scene.. This game seems to merge the two together nicely. As already mentioned, this game is perfect for room scale VR on the Vive. But having to constantly hold down the grip buttons to use the paddles, wtf? Constant vibration of the Vive controllers, wtf? Vive controllers feels too much like an afterthought. It is so close to being absolutely perfect I'm about to strangle myself. Will have to relectantly put this aside for now and hope an update or a fix is on its way. I recommend following but not buying this game right now.. A full game with lots of levels, cool boss fights, dazzling visuals, high energy soundtrack and makes use of the Vive motion controllers.Slamming a super metal ball across the field feels almost like an super hero experience.. I think it is a WAY COOL game. Just be warned! This game gives the player a false sense of boundaries. I have the boundaries maxed out for my sensors and inside the game, the sphere you are hitting will LEAD YOU to trying to hit it, when in fact you are about to go beyond the chaperon boundary and SMACK your controller into the wall. Yeah, I know it is my fault and all......it's just if the room inside the game would match the room you have to play, you wouldn't be playing the game thinking, "Ok, I have to be careful not to over extend my arm because I am going to break my controller! Other than that, it is pretty cool......
